Remediate

Prior to many initiatives, certain elements of the environment need to be tweaked to ensure successful deployment. This may include cleaning up group membership for licensing, re-setting rules and configurations in technologies, or other environmental readiness considerations. By taking the time to clean things up in this phase, we prepare the environment for a successful initiative.

Deploy

At this point we proceed to primary deployment. TechNet UC has top-tier engineers who have deployed the projects in scope across many environments, each with their own unique challenges. We focus on best practice deployments, tailoring the solution to fit your needs, while also ensuring ease of long-term administration and support.

Manage

After the deployment is complete, we move on to administration and support.
